Thank you for shopping with us! We’re committed to delivering your artwork safely, promptly, and with complete transparency. Please review our shipping policy below.

All orders of £50 or more qualify for free shipping.

Orders under £50 can be delivered for free if the purchaser's address is within a 10 mile radius of Bourton. SP85BJ.

Addresses more than 10 miles away that are placing orders below £50 will be subject to a £5.95 shipping fee. 


Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Original artworks may require additional preparation time for safe packaging.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information (when available).


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and destination.

Note: Delivery estimates do not include processing time.


Packaging

We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives intact:

  • Prints are shipped in sturdy flat mailers or protective tubes.

  • Original artworks are wrapped and boxed with professional protective materials.

  • Fragile or high-value pieces may require signature upon delivery.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.

  • Please contact your local customs office for more information.


Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking information for original art is sent via email once your order ships.

  • International tracking may be limited depending on the destination country.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes in some regions (depending on courier limitations).

  • Some oversized or delicate items may not be eligible for international shipping.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.


Changes & Cancellations

  • Address changes must be requested before the order ships.

  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
